Here are some of the projects at various stages currently underway. Fill out the form at the end and we can invite you for a viewing on completion.
St Heliers
Initially, clients wanted to modernise their existing home. But their requirements were not being met with a renovation. Therefore the old house renovation was ditched in favour of a simplistic, modern home with a swimming pool, all on a cross leased half section.
Greenhithe
This site was so steep that you couldn’t even drive down to your home! Various options of car lifts and extensive retaining walls were investigated. Eventually, client settled for a detached garage and a ‘nature walk’ amongst landscaped gardens to arrive at their home. And then be greeted with widespread harbour views.
Riverhead
Large 20 acre rural lifestyle block required and equally befitting home. Clients zest was for a ‘barn style’ home. The result was a modern home wrapped around a central courtyard.
Mt Roskill 1
This was a very tight site with access hindered by low power lines and tight turning areas. To top it off, there was an old underground stream that had been filled over many years. Luckily our mud doctors came up with a solution that required piles driven into the ground. And we triumphed with a steady, safe building platform.
Mt Roskill 2
Name the problem, this site has ’em all. To begin with, access to the site is by crossing a stream! A temporary crossing had to be built to enable the huge excavations to be undertaken. The stream was in danger of flooding, hence the house had to be suspended over it to be clear of the flood levels. To mitigate flooding, a stormwater detention tank has to be installed.
And to top it off, the sewer lines were above the site, so sewerage has to be pumped. (you know what they say, like pushing **** uphill). But we got there in the end, and the result was amazing.

Technology is great, but it does come with its fair share of bugs. If there’s ANYTHING on this website that is bugging you (except my picture of course… um, I’m sort of stuck with that) please let me know immediately.
