Tell us about your project!
When you've found a section to build on, and have the drainage information and LIM report, get in touch with us to tell us a little bit about what you have in mind. Once you've shared this info with us, we'll then arrange a meeting with you.
A personal consultation
You can tell us about your ideas for your project in more detail at this no-obligation free 1 hour consultation. If you've already had plans drawn up, bring them along. Or if you'd like us to design your building plans for you, we'll talk about that at your consultation.
If you've already got building plans, we'll provide you with a detailed quote and proposal, so you can see exactly what's involved in seeing your project become a reality. Otherwise, if you don't already have building plans, our talented designer will be able to create concepts and designs for you.
Acceptance and go-ahead
Once you have accepted our fixed price quote in writing, you will be invoiced for the deposit. When your payment has been received, the project starts whirring into action! The detailed drawings will be completed, and Council consents will be lodged. We'll take care of all the liaison with the Council on your behalf.
Building work begins
When the consents are granted by the Council, the construction work commences. This is an exciting stage when we start handcrafting your new property! You'll be kept fully informed of how the building work is progressing, and you'll be able to specify all the interior colours and finishes. Although you'll have chosen many of these already, you are still able to change your mind if you wish. We're flexible and here to help you. 🙂
Building work finishes
Once the building work is complete, the site is cleaned up and the property is cleaned. Your new property is ready and waiting for you!
Sign-off… and enjoy your dream home!
When you have signed-off the project, the final invoice is issued. And remember, Keola provides you with fixed price quotes, so if you haven't changed the finishes or the plans since the quote was issued, the price you'll pay is exactly the price you were quoted initially. Once your payment has been received, you can move into your dream home and start living your dream lifestyle!
