Auckland, New Zealand, August 2025 Keola is thrilled to announce it has received three major honours for the May Road 8-Unit Community Housing development, recognised at this year’s Master Builders House of the Year Awards:

This marks a significant milestone in Keola’s two-decade journey reinforcing the company’s commitment to building with purpose, on time and on budget.
Innovation and Sustainability Front and Centre
The Regional Special Award underscored Keola’s leadership in integrating sustainability into everyday construction. At May Road, the team implemented innovative waste-diversion strategies, achieving an impressive 80% of construction waste kept out of landfill. Recycled timber was repurposed for local use, and sustainable transport options were planned to encourage eco-friendly living.
