Auckland Normal Intermediate required fast, efficient classroom upgrades across a large section of the school. In just seven working days, 16 classrooms were fully refurbished — a tight timeline made even more complex by the need to safely remove asbestos.
The scope included asbestos removal, demolition, installation of new wall linings, fresh carpet throughout, and the removal of old radiators. Each stage was carefully coordinated to keep things moving without delays, with health and safety measures front and center.
