A new hotel near Auckland Airport
This development is set next to an estuary with expansive grounds and very close proximity to the airport. It is a stones throw away from Villa Maria, New Zealand’s most awarded winery. We faced poor ground conditions which were overcome with extensive 14m piles, 260 of them! Having strengthened the foundations, the building is well underway and we hope our client can start receiving their first guests soon.
