Keola was engaged to deliver all civil and subdivisional works for this 13-lot residential subdivision in Green Bay, West Auckland. This transformed a challenging, sloping greenfield site into fully serviced residential lots ready for vertical construction.
Our scope covered bulk earthworks, stormwater and wastewater reticulation, retaining structures, road formation, and utility connections, managed end-to-end under strict environmental and safety controls.
The team coordinated site grading, soil stabilisation, and geotechnical testing to ensure long-term performance, while installing services and roading to Auckland Council specifications.
Working within a live suburban environment, we maintained close collaboration with utility providers and the Council’s inspection teams to achieve compliant delivery on time and within programme.
