We delivered the complete civil and site development package for Gaia Earth Childcare in Hillpark - a complex, environmentally sensitive site adjoining a Significant Ecological Area (SEA) and protected native forest.
Works included demolition, bulk excavation, piling, drainage, retaining structures, fencing, and SurePave carpark installation, all delivered under strict environmental management conditions.
With limited access and tight boundaries, sequencing and sediment control were critical to protect the surrounding bush and waterways.
Our team collaborated closely with environmental monitors and Council inspectors to ensure compliance with resource consent and SEA protection conditions. The result: a stable, low-impact platform ready for construction - demonstrating our capability in delivering high-spec civil works within sensitive natural environments.
