We delivered the new external activity yard for FSNI’s logistics centre at Auckland Airport, transforming an under-utilised service area into a high-functioning outdoor space for team recreation and training.
The project involved bulk excavation, drainage, kerbing, concrete pavement works, fencing, landscaping, and shade-structure installation, coordinated within a live operational environment surrounded by 24/7 freight movements.
Precision staging and safety management were essential to maintain logistics flow while achieving a durable, polished finish.
The completed facility now features multi-use turf zones, court markings, seating, and shade sails – a practical yet uplifting addition that supports Foodstuffs’ focus on staff wellbeing and sustainability at its north island distribution hub.
